There was a packed clubhouse and a wonderful atmosphere at Portstewart Golf Club, on Friday, 28th November, for the 3rd annual NICLT quiz.
16 teams battled it out over 10 rounds of general knowledge questions, with The Quizly Bears’ just coming out on top.
Thanks are due to the club, of course and its question master and scorer, who (just about) kept everyone in order and to Eamon McGonigle, who was our ‘point man’ for this fundraiser.
We were blown away by everyone’s generosity, especially in our ballot and to the anonymous gentleman who made a sizeable donation, bringing the total raised to a fabulous £2700.
Well done to all concerned.
